What Is Your Refund Policy?

At Shatter Online Canada, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect product and wish to request a credit, please contact us at [email protected] within one week of receiving your order.

To process your refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. If a portion has been consumed, we will deduct the equivalent amount from your refund. Please note that all credits take 3-5 days to process, and shipping costs for returns are not covered.

How Does Your Price Match Guarantee Work?

We offer a price match guarantee on eligible products to ensure you get the best value. The product must be actively listed and sold by both Shatter Online Canada and a Canadian competitor. To request a price match, simply send us a screenshot or link showing the product name, price, and the competing retailer.

Price matches generally apply only to identical products from the same manufacturer. For cannabis flower, eligibility may vary, as quality can fluctuate between batches, and our carefully curated selection is often superior to competitors due to our growers' expertise and high standards.

Please note that our price match policy does not apply to clearance sales, limited-time offers, or pricing errors in competitive advertisements.
