At present, we accept payments via Interac email e-transfer. To utilize this payment option, you must have an active online banking account. Following the checkout process, we will send you an email with instructions for making the payment. Once you place your order, you will receive an invoice containing the email address for the transfer, a security question, and the answer required to complete the transaction. It is crucial to accurately record this information. Should you find any details missing, please reach out to us through our online chat with your Order #, and we will gladly guide you through the process.

Upon receiving your order and payment confirmation, we will dispatch your order THE SAME DAY, with a cut-off time at 11am PST or 2pm EST. Orders received after this time will be packaged and shipped the next business day, and handed over to Canada Post on the same day (note that business days are from Monday to Friday). We use Canada Post's express shipping, which delivers within 1-4 business days. It's important to remember that orders made on a Friday will be shipped on the next Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is part of a long weekend. Depending on when in the week you place your order, you can expect to receive it within 2-7 days. Generally, orders made earlier in the week will be delivered more swiftly.

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will prepare your order for shipment the next day and deliver it to Canada Post on that same business day (business days are Monday through Friday). 1. Ordering is quick and easy.

   1. Visit the “Shop” page and review our products by clicking the product title.
   2. Point to a product and choose “ADD TO CART” and choose quantity.
   3. Click the “CART” or “VIEW CART” when you are done and review your order.
   4. Remove items by clicking the “X” button. Add/reduce quantities by clicking the “+” and “-“ buttons beside a product. Click “UPDATE CART”.
   5. Click “CHECKOUT” when ready.
   6. Review your billing details, shipping details and order details.
   7. Before placing your order. You need to read and accept our terms & conditions.
   8. Choose “PLACE ORDER” when you are done; if your purchase fails, you may need to set up an ACCOUNT before you can order products.
   9. Check your email for a confirmation letter and next steps to issue an E-Transfer.
   10. Send your E-Transfer and make sure it was processed. We will then process and ship your order.

   2. Add our email and exact total price with taxes as seen on your invoice (and email with this info and our email address will be sent to you following your order).
   3. Submit the transfer.
   4. We will provide you with the answer for the security question you must fill in when sending your payment, for security. Please read the instructions at the bottom of the page after you check out.
   5. We offer guidelines on how to send an E-Transfer with your invoice. You will receive your shipment after the E-Transfer has been processed.
