Shipping & Address Accuracy

• The billing address will default to the shipping destination unless a separate shipping address is provided at checkout.
• It is your responsibility to double-check and ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly.
• Shatter Online Canada is not responsible for lost orders due to:
  • Incorrect shipping details (including typos or auto-correct errors).
  • Address changes after the order has been placed.
  • Theft after delivery.
  • Package refusal upon delivery by a third party (e.g., doorman, concierge, or recipient).
• Orders over $250 will require a Signature on Delivery to prevent theft. If you opt out of signature confirmation via order notes, Shatter Online Canada is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages.

Tracking & Order Accuracy

• It is your responsibility to track your order and notify us of any issues or delays within 48 hours of it being marked as delivered.
• Upon receiving your package, please review your order immediately. Any discrepancies must be reported right away by emailing [email protected].
• Your email should include:
  • A photo of all order contents.
  • A photo of the full order form/packing slip enclosed with your order.

Refund & Price Match Policy

Refunds are assessed case-by-case and apply only to defective or incorrect products. If a portion of the product has been consumed, only the remaining portion will be refunded. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For price matching, the product must be:

• Actively listed and sold by both Shatter Online Canada and a Canadian competitor.
• Identical in brand, strain, and manufacturer (excluding cannabis flower, which may vary by batch).
• Price matching is not applicable to clearance items, limited-time sales, or competitor pricing errors.

User Content & Submissions

By submitting comments, reviews, or suggestions, you grant Shatter Online Canada the unrestricted right to edit, publish, and distribute your content across any medium. We have no obligation to:

• Maintain submissions in confidence.
• Compensate users for submitted content.
• Respond to any user submissions.

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content deemed offensive, unlawful, or in violation of intellectual property laws.
