Orders & Payment
Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer. An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order we cannot fulfill (e.g. out-of-stock items, unverifiable payment, or an address outside our delivery area).
Shipping
Orders ship via Canada Post Xpresspost in plain, unmarked packaging. Estimated delivery windows shown on product and location pages are estimates, not guarantees â delays can occur at Canada Post's discretion.
Product Quality
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, contact us at info@shatteronlinecanada.com with your order details within a reasonable time of delivery so we can investigate.
Prohibited Use
You may not use this site to place an order on behalf of a minor, resell products in a manner that violates provincial cannabis retail regulations, or misrepresent your age or location.
